At Xovio Wellness, we are committed to delivering your order safely, swiftly, and with complete discretion. Please read our shipping policy carefully.
1. Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All Xovio Wellness orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no indication of the contents or brand name on the outside. Your privacy is our priority.
2. Shipping Locations
We currently ship across India to all serviceable pin codes.
International shipping is not available at this time.
3. Processing Time
- Orders are processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation
- Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day
- You will receive an email/SMS confirmation with tracking details once your order is dispatched

5. Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on all orders above ₹[minimum order value]
- A flat shipping fee of ₹[shipping fee] applies to orders below the minimum order value
- Shipping charges (if any) will be displayed at checkout before payment
6. Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email/SMS. You can use this to track your order on the courier partner's website.
7. Delayed or Lost Shipments
- If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at xoviowellness@gmail.com
- Xovio Wellness is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other circumstances beyond our control
- In case of a lost shipment confirmed by the courier partner, we will arrange a replacement or refund
8. Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged:
- Please do not accept the delivery if the outer packaging is visibly damaged
- If damage is noticed after opening, contact us within 48 hours with photographs of the damaged product and packaging
- We will arrange a replacement at no additional cost
9. Incorrect Address
- Please ensure your delivery address is correct at the time of placing the order
- Xovio Wellness is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer
