Due to the intimate nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered. This policy is in place to ensure the hygiene and safety of all our customers.

Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at support@xoviowellness.com with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review and resolve it on a case-by-case basis.
